100% correct.

There are many Ebiras in the South west, so are 3rd-5th generation settlers.

I do laugh at such people because Ebiras have been living in Yoruba territories before the forming of Nigeria and in short if an Ebira is speaking you may find some Yoruba words been used by the speaker due to years of interaction and living together. Ask peeps from Ondo, Ekiti, Ogun, Osun, Ilorin, Ibadan and even to some extent Lagos they will tell you this, though vast majority of them are in farm settlements and some of them have naturalized that you can't differentiate from the locals.
