You all welcomed to this write up. Let me quickly warn that no insults and abuses is allowed within this write up. Afonjaphobias and Flatinophobias should please get out of my write up. Back to the topic, if Nigeria finally breaks up, what are the broken components going to look like?. This is a follow up on recent events and counter events. I have read a lot of people making statements on what befalls each region in the event of such break up and come to conclusion that many of you fail simple economicanalysis. First, in the event that Nigeria breaks up since its solely dependent on oil, then the regions that have the oil is expected to pick up immediately. In this case The north suffers most. Second, the Igbos that trade in the north will have no reason to still be there since the economy will be badly affected by no oil revenue. If there is no oil allocation, there can hardly be salary workers and there will be a struggling market for the Igbos to trade on. In conclusion, the Igbos may not necessarily need the northern market. Third, If the Niger delta went with the Igbos, then Biafra will be the first to pick up. If not, the Niger Delta Republic will likely be the first to pick up, followed by Ododuwa Republic , then Biafra and finally the Arewa Republic, Fourth. After about 20 years, Biafra is likely going to come up strongest among all units, thanks to the industrious nature of the Igbos Fifth. The North is likely going to be in turmoil as groups and counter groups based on ethnic and religious line will be fighting themselves. Sixth. At a long run, the Arewas are likely going to beg the Igbos to come back and invest in their land. Don't forget how Macedonia put all manner of advert begging people to invest in their land. Many sensible country will pray to see investors troop to their country. Seventh: The Oduduwas with their education and leadership, will even create more avenues to have Igbos investments and tax them to add to their economy. Have you wondered why the Yorubas are not issuing any quit notice? Eighth, The Middle Belt region will likely want to join Biafra at a long run based on religious affiliation and for juicy allocation which Biafra is most likely going to accept. Ninth. Biafra is most likely going to get foreign alignment thanks to Isreal support and other christian country connections. Tenth, Nigerians from the component units are most likely going to respect themselves better and a better government will be ushered in regions based on competitions Finally, I have seen many ignorant comments on the quit notice and have come to conclusion that many are not well informed on the structure on which Nigeria operates. Do you know that allocation to states are shared based on population? These population includes to a large extent the Igbos in those domains. So we all need ourselves but we need ourselves with proper structure and ensured justice. My problem is that the North doesn't want a restructured Nigeria that can guarantee equity and justice? Why is it that they don't want a new strong and viable country with better patroitism? In the event of Nigeria break up, they will steal the sweat and property of the Igbos but they will surely regret on the long run. IF YOU DONT KNOW THE ZEAL OF THE IGBOS, THEN GOOGLE IS YOU FRIEND. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

The best thing now is for the whole south to merge and break away from the north. Just like the op said, the igbos will triumph eventually. 7 Likes |

It is so evidenced that biafraland will be the most viable state.the waste will just be managing with so much taxation, then the north will be kicked into the dungeon.now the impending political tension you mention in the north is a very big point to ponder..in the long run both the big and small will regret the succession and wished the current Nigeria was restructured and allowed to continue existing.can't wait to witness that great emancipation. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

In 10 years, Biafra will be far ahead of other republics My reasons 1) She has oil and gas 2) She has a good understanding of how to replicate Western technology 3) She has Israeli connection 5 Likes 3 Shares |

KevinDein: If Arewa with their grip on power and oil flow can still be waylaying in abject poverty then you know that its an obvious fact. Have u wondered how Igbo's came back from effect of war to live the kind of standard life today. Guy Igbos are naturally gifted. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

The "industrious nature of the southeast" still leaves the southeast as the least industrialized region in Nigeria. This is what happens when fantasy is smacked with reality. Saying something over and over doesn't make it true, no matter how much you wish it to be. |

What Sort Of Ridiculous Analysis Is This? Hw Viable Is D SE As Compared 2 Other Geopolitical Regions In Nigeria Even With D Current Political Structure ?? And How Can You B Correctly Prognostic About The Robust Economic State Of Biafra, If You're Uncertain About Its Affinity With D South-South? How Do You Even Intend 2 Develop Biafra, If SS Is Not Conjoined With It? I Hope The O.P Realises That Akwa Ibom, Delta State, Bayelsa, Rivers Produces 90.1% Of Nigerias Total Crude Oil? With D Rest States Producing Less Than 10% Of What Survives Our Economy? Biafra Is Doomed If The South-south Protests Unsolicitated Encrouchment Into Their Territories And Forceful Coercion Into An Unclamoured Republic. Do You Even Realise Your're Landlocked? Even With D Incessant Blabbings, Chest Beatings N Alledged Economic Dominance Of D Nigerian Economy By Igbos, D Southeast Has Continued 2 Remain One Of D Most Under-developed Regions In Nigeria. An Igbo Business Man Would Rather Die Dan Relocate Frm D North, So No Hope 4 Biafra |

koladebrainiac: Well nobody knows tomorrow. What we know that in event of Biafra creation, we are confident that the country will be better than Nigeria. In Nigerian situation, there is no remedy. there is no even hope of a better situiation. Shall we continue with a non remedial situation? |

koladebrainiac: If you still claim you dont know tomorrow in the Nigerian case then you need lecture on rudimentary of simple experimental exercise. Because my analysis of situation is that it has never changed since independence. It has always been corruption, nepotism, tribalism, hatred and injustice. Nothing is expected to change. Remember the change mantra of 2015. Politicians are already re branding their slogan to Restructuring towards 2019 elections. So the deception continues forever and ever. Bros there is no hope in Nigerian project. Better get real. |
