He must have eaten the money and the salary. The court should borrow him the money. In case he couldnt return the money, But if he couldnt refund the money, they (court) can now do what they please. Abi e no good?

Dino was dully elected and rightly earned his salaries....Danladi's Candidacy for even the Senate Election was challenged by Mr. Isa Lau....Isa won the highest vote during the primary, but his name was substituted by Danladi's name.

So Danladi was not fully elected, the Supreme Court also ordered INEC to issue a certificate of return to Isa...All the monies, salaries, entitlements that Danladi has enjoyed so far, were dully Isa's and he can sue and have everyone of those given back to him at the expense of Danladi.

That's How Senator Bassey Albert Akpan Representing Uyo Senatorial District Was Sacked And Asked To Make Refunds. He's Still A Senator Today. Nigeria Matter Don Weak Me Abeg.

Politicians will think twice before rigging elections knowing they'll refund salaries and allowances or go to jail where such amount is no longer within their reach.

always reason and read well before commenting.senator bassey albert was sacked by the high court not supreme court so he has the options of appealing at the appellate and apex courts before anything can be done.in senator danladi's case,its final and before the end of june,isa would replace him just like mrs martha would replace hon hembe.when senator akpan was sacked,he quickly went to appeal and also secured an injunction stopping saraki from replacing him and a stay of execution to maintain the status quo till the appeal court decides.

Dats d law... Any politician who is removed for wrongfully occupying any elected position is also to refund all d wrongful allowances and salaries he's been collecting..
