My younger sister just finished her NYSC, she studied mass Comm from Madonna University and she wants to further her education with a masters degree in Journalism.

Is there any recommendation of a descent school in California with an average tuition fee where she can achieve this feat.
BTW, we've been looking at USC.

But recommendations from great people on this platform is highly appreciated.
