What is wrong with what he said? The CONSTITUTION which says the president does not need senate's confirmation of who heads EFCC is SUPREME to the EFCC act which requires senate's confirmation. People should try to understand what the constitution and EFCC act say on the matter. It is clearly stated in the constitution those presidential appointments that require the senate's confirmation, if anybody thinks what he said is wrong the person can go through the constitution instead of displaying ignorance.
