Yet Nigerians seem unconcerned, are apparently too busy discussing pointless news stories of recalls of senators that can never happen because the Nigerian constitution makes it impossible to recall a lawmaker (50% of registered voters need to sign a petition).

The now secret federal 2017 appropriation bill was delayed 6months by Saraki and Osinbajo delayed assent a further month before he assented to the bill without releasing details of the final budget bill written by Saraki till this very day.

All this does not seem to be a concern to our imperialist controlled news media and we Nigerians don't seem to bothered to as for details of 2017 budget bill.

So now that Osinbajo has assented the secret budget bill, are we going to get the details?

Well the answer is no, as we are being told that Osinbajo is still working on the budget that he has already assented to. Does that even make sense?
