This is what happens when your village witches mark you for demolition. Oga stop being greedy. Run your program here in Nigeria. I wasted 2 good years of my life doing the same nonsense you want to do now. Most times I wish I listened to people who advised me not to. 400 to 500k per month job? You still dey think of degree in Canada? Bros you can as well go and buy gun and laptop and start Kidnapping, armed robbery and Yahoo too because your greed knows no boundaries. Run your pharmD programme here in Nigeria (you can run it in any expensive but quality private university here, since your eyes dey up). You can travel abroad later AFTER securing a job there. Don't ruin your life with greed at this young age o. My hand no dey. 1 Like |

Ephetar: Exposing yourself to other cultures and economies will show you how much one is missing in Nigeria. N10 mil is less than $30k in the US. The average Nigerian household with a masters degree makes over $75k in the US and I am certain the stats are the same in Canada. My advice - take the red pill, it will lead you down to a new road. With God, guts, hardwork and Nigerian determination - you will make it good in Canada or anywhere else for that matter. You already know where the blue pill will lead you - you currently live it. 3 Likes |

sukkot: I've thought of a couple of things to do; I've gone one step further to start a couple of those things. Its been challenging but I've been pushing. What I currently do has not started bringing anything in. The idea and implementation is say about 3 weeks old. I just need something that can bring income right now as I continue to push and work on my ideas. thanks, bro |

Hizzy: He went there on scholarship and what is his visa status now? What most people don't understand about countries like the US, Canada and most western countries is this - once you have your immigration status sorted out - you are GAME! I will repeat it again - the average Nigerian family in the US earns more than the average black American family. The reason is simple - education. 1 in 4 Nigerians in the US has a masters degree. I can't speak for Canada but I am certain the stats are similar. The average black in Canada is doing better economically than the average black in Nigeria; there is no debate about that. The economy in Canada, the standard of living and many other economic and political factors are better in Canada than in Nigeria. Again, these statements are based on so many factual factors. |

Plan carefully bro. The benefits of moving to Canada include an added degree, better quality of life and health care, citizenship (in 3 years) and potential new job. It will be tough in the beginning but with your focused mind and tenacity you'll achieve your dreams. GOOD LUCK |

Jaqenhghar: Only if you are a show off, make the people believe ur same as them & you can sleep on the street with no problem, if police stop you he go collect d usaual #50 instead of 1k. when you go market you can buy groceries as cheaply as other people. But BEHAVE like a big man & get ready to pay ×5 price of every single thing you intend to buy. And the OP is a classic example of silver spoon, he never struggled for the job he landed that's why he wont feel anything once he ditches it. well, whatever, wetin consign me am super satisfied with my life, sleep well, eat well, play video games & annoy people on socail media once or twice a day

Ephetar: Best Advice from Someone in Canada , if you are a pharmacist please try come to canada through the express entry rather than schooling. Also pharmacy is a professional course in canada its regulated doing msc could be a waste . research on PEBC and co how to convert your pharmacy degree to a Canadian one, you will write like 3 exams ..please look into that rather than studies trust me work is better than studying you already have experience and it will cost you way less dan studying. 3 Likes |

Ephetar:if you have good investment prospects in Nigeria I will advise you to stay and invest. I see Nigerians visit United States all the time and leave asap, Canada as well. I was in the marine industry earning well and wanted to leave Nigeria like hell, well I left to say it was a mistake is an understatement. |
