People with Endomorph body type gain weight easily because it is in their genes (slower metabolic rate) BUT that just means they need to watch their diet and exercise more.

Russel Crowe (hollywood actor) has an Endomorph body type yet he is very strict with his diet and exercise because he is an actor and he makes millions of dollars per role... he has the motivation to always stay in shape.

There is nothing some people can do about their fat, dieting and exercise till eternity...dem go fat, same goes to some others, they will remain skinny even if they eat the whole house.

Some people are born with very quick metabolism, others are not, some people's body type are built naturally to retain excessive liquids, others are not. There is no excuse to be fat, but maintaining a slim and proper physique takes more toil on some people than others .
