This is a slap on nigerian youth, grinding machine,motorcycles and hairdryer in this age and time. The buses i saw is not up to 10 and some fools and gullible ones are saying he has tried.when are we going to learn and see that this people are taking us for a ride. Nigerians dont realize that in d first is that the legislature should not and does not have to finance projects. It is an anomaly that even the useless senseless Ben Bruce and hypocrite Shehu Sani will never stand up against it. These idiots receives several millions and come to show off useless projects with peanuts from d millions they get quarterly.

If an audit was done to review d cost of d projects they execute with what they receive you will see that it is just a peanut they spend out of the millions they get. It is never commensurate.

If the national assembly is responsible for projects within their constituencies then we should not blame the Executive alone for d infrastructural decay. Also, the useless legislooters are to be equally held responsible.

Allowances for constituency project is just a way of sharing the loot or national cake with d legislature from d executive so they wud be spared of impeachment thanks to OBJ.

If Nigeria is to ever move forward which it forbids to do, constituency project should and must be abolished. If the monies given to those bastards were utilized for capital projects, a huge differnce wud ve been made by now. It wud also help to reduce the overhead cost which takes a large chunk from our scarce resources. Recall, Sanusi asserted that 25% of our budget was spent on just 469 bastards in both chambers of d national assembly and the same is replicated in all d 36 states of this doomed nation.

Think of how much wud ve been available if there was nothing like constituency allowance at both the federal and state level.

Nigeria forever remains doomed beyond redemption and cursed beyond blessing. The real Nigerians are the goats in all d govt houses not the masses who are aliens cos if they were truly citizens they wud enjoy d benefit of being citizens.
