Below is Garba Shehu's Twit a day before the Swearing of the new Ministers.

He was refuting the information which was already made known by Laolu Akande (Osibanjo's spokesman) that the new Ministers will be sworn-in by the Acting President.

This obviously shows that Garba Shehu and Femi Adesina's loyalty lies with Buhari and the cabal... Since they were not informed of any Swearing in by the cabal, then it is false.
Whereas Osibanjo had already informed his spokesman about it which prompted his Twit... This also shows that Garba Shehu does not take any order from Osibanjo nor consult him.

At least before refuting such information, he should have consulted the Acting President or any of his aides.
