Sunday is a day I always look forward to, because besides all d busy days from Monday to Saturday, it's a day I get 1. Have fellowship with other believers. 2. Worship God with other like minds. 3. Listen to God's word as it comes from His servant A lot is being done in the church, hence I don't always miss it. 8 Likes |

Sunday means a lot of things to me which i'll list... 1. Its a day set aside to go to church 2. Its a day Rice and meat usually goes down 3. Its a day I get to relax and get some bottles into the belly 4. Lastly, sunday is a sad reminder that the weekend is over Thankyou and Happy sunday |

 While attending Sunday church service on this day should be encouraged, it does not completely represent the purpose of Sundays. The Sabbath (Saturdays of calendar) purposes were clearly stated in Bible. However, The Lord's day (Sundays of Calendar) represents when Christ resurrected. Believers have now adopted The Lord's day as Sabbath, therefore, attending church service on Sundays should be encouraged, but reflection on Original purpose of The Lord's day shouldn't be down played by so doing. 1 Like |

I'VE ALWAYS DISLIKED SUNDAYS. FROM THE MOMENT I WAS BORN, I GUESS. AS A KID WE'LL GO TO 6AM MASS WITH MY FAMILY, WITHOUT FOOD.. AND STAY THERE TILL 9 OR SOMETIMES LONGER DUE TO MEETINGS OR OTHER THINGS. IT WAS HORRY. THE STARVATION THEN.. FELT LIKE HELL WAS PRACTICALLY NO OTHER PLACE BUT INSIDE MY STOMACH! NOW YOU GET SO MUCH NOISE FROM EVERY CORNER, FROM DIFFERENT DENOMINATIONS, TELLING THE SAME STORIES OVER AND OVER WITH A LITTLE BIT OF REMIXING. EACH ONE TRYING TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY'RE BETTER THAN OTHERS, AND HOW THEY'RE THE TRUE CHURCH OF GOD. SUNDAY IS A DAY MOST PEOPLE WANT TO LOOK THEIR BEST. PEOPLE BORROW CLOTHES SOMETIMES. EVEN THE POOREST PEOPLE WHO LOOK LIKE SHIIT TO A JOB INTERVIEW OR TO A VISIT TO THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND, SUDDENLY LOOK BETTER THAN THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND, ON SUNDAYS. SUNDAYS MAKE PEOPLE LOSE MONEY. YES. BUT ONLY TO CHURCHES. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FRO, OFFERINGS, TITHES, SEED SOWING, BAZAAR, THANKSGIVING, MASS BOOKING, DONATIONS, PURCHASING OF SACRAMENTALS (LOL THIS ONE IS THE CRAPPIEST ACTUALLY), HARVEST, PEW COMPETITION (I CRIED BECAUSE OF THIS ONE IN 2014). THEN THEY GO BACK HOME TO STAY HUNGRY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING TO EAT IN THEIR HOUSE... SUNDAYS MAKE PEOPLE LOSE THEIR LIVES! MORE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BOMBED ON SUNDAYS IN CHURCHES THAN IN BEER PARLOURS.  2 Likes
