Sometimes l wonder why we spend so much going to school reading one professional or unprofessional course in the university coupled with the number of years spent there, when we can actually put those resources together and learn a professional skill that will put food on our table and reduce the rate of unemployment.

Well, going to the university is expedient if you don’t wanna be looked down upon sometimes in the future. But it’s sad that this study does not automatically guarantee you job after youth service.

Thank God for young Nigerians who are able to think in the right direction in becoming entrepreneurs and not staying idle at home- which could become the “devil workshop”. That is the story of Omotola Oluwatosin, a Nigerian female graduate turn Shoemaker.

Omotola Oluwatosin, a graduate of Biology from Ekiti state University has decided to find something doing worthwhile with her time instead of joining millions of youths on the street to look for job or sitting idle at home.
