At least GEJ in terms of education performed better than OBJ. GEJ created 12 universities in 4 years while OBJ created only national open university for 8 years. in salary increment Obj increase his own by 30%(5000-7500) while GEJ increase it by 75%(7500-18000).though Jonathan may may not be a saint but his policies had more positive effect on the masses than OBJ and Buhari administration.
