Is this not the state spending a whooping 700 million naira on sultan's house and building mosques all over the place? Now a conducive learning environment ofr students becomes a difficult task. These so called leaders keep bring shame to this country. Shior!

A picture like this is posted abt a school in Sokoto where the governor is planning to build a $700palace for the sultan and the best you do was ask op for his state so you can compare. And this is why schools should be funded by local govts and NOT the federal govt via local property taxes. It's more efficient.

This what happens when the Fed govt controls education. Education at the primary and secondary level should be funded by the local govt through property taxes. This model we are practicing of tmwaitng for the Fed govt to fund education is simply not working.
