Why renovate a lodge when the governor can use the money to build his own mansion. Awon ole jati jati

if udom is looking for work to do outside akwa ibom let him build the lodge in Abuja the country's capital and not in Lagos----- let asked ourselves, what is the importance of Lagos now to akwa ibom state? firstly Lagos is not a capital of the country(that one can argue that it is for diplomatic relation bla bla bla,) secondly, tax payers money is being wasted developing another state, thirdly, it doesn't contribute anything to the growth of akwa ibom economy and finally this kind project is not even needed at all, it is a waste of scare resources manpower and money, let him use that money to build a medium scale industry that employ 50 akwa ibomite cos there are no companies in that state

In my own opinion I don't see any value in this proposed project. It doesn't make any sense. How long does the governor spend in Lagos? I think he should use a hotel whenever he visits there. It would be cheaper for the state. It's better the state government sells off this asset use the funds to develop the state. Another strategy to siphon money for themselves. This just shows misplaced priorities by the governor and his handlers. There are better things that money could be used for. Tangible things that would benefit the people of Akwa Ibom state. It baffles me that someone could so confidently say the governor's successor in 2023 I thought that would be as a result of the people's votes plus the achievements of his administration. It's as if the aide can see tomorrow. Anyways all I know is I know nothing.
