He has the right to leave for as long as 6 months under the Public service act.. Provided he transfers right to act to the Vice president which he did

They should direct their anger at the national assembly. Until the Constitution is amended to put a limit to the length of time an ill President can be away on medical vacation, we will continue have situations like this.
