You employ a manager to manage your company. The package comes with salary, housing, medicals and so on.

The manager then disappears for 96 days on medical leave, sends you a letter saying he has handed over to the assistant manager to coordinate in his absence, assuring you that there is no vacuum in the office.

During his disappearance, you only see his photos on Facebook, no calls, no video messages directly to you YET YOU ARE THE ONE STILL PAYING HIS BILLS WHILE HE IS ON MEDICAL LEAVE IN A FOREIGN LAND.

You have no idea when he's going to return and you have no idea of what's wrong with him.

As a business man, what will be your next line of action?

This is 2017 and the world is moving at a fast pace. For Nigeria to catch up, we must put aside political and ethnic sentiments and be able to call a spade a spade. Enough of the hypocrisy!
The businessman has to answer the following; Has the manager broken any laws as stated in the constitution by going on vacation? Is it stipulated in the work constitution that the manager calls the businessman while on vacation? Is there a stipulated time frame as stated in the constitution that the manager can stay away as regards to his vacation? Has the assistant manager being unable to perform his duties while the manager is away? Rules are rules, as long as the manager has not broken any of the businessman's work rules, he has done nothing wrong. If you don't like what the manager is doing, change the rules. Stop the sentiment

Wasn't the church blessed or consecrated before the killings of last Sunday? Yet the killings happened. I reckon if this were to be a school or any other public place, it would have been locked up for a while for fear of a second attack or something. But its a church so expect it to be full again tomorrow.

Religion, Karl Max said is the opium of the masses. It is the strongest mind control program in the world.

Yes, let it control our minds. What controls yours.

Clever by half. The question is straight forward. If you are the owner of the establishment and this occured. What will you do. I won't give a personal answer to this as my staff is fully aware I donot tolerate nonsense whatsoever but your standards for life and living may be different. Just give a honest answer from the bottom of your heart and stop quoting things you donot believe in and cannot bring yourself to practice in all situations. Just be principled.

@whitesoup can u see how we reason in a country we all cry of its underdevelopment? even when its crystal clear that someone is incapacitated to perform due to one situation or the other' some will insist he continues just because of SENTIMENT, we are not talking about breaking the Law or not' we are talking about a country as big as ours having one man doing the work of two men while the other's whereabout remains unknown to millions of citizens. @whitesoup. believe it or not' this country will never move forward like this...

The question is not about anyone being sick. The question is do you really mean well for Mr. President? Do you really mean well for Nigeria?

Quit being sentimental and hypocritic.

You are funny. For records, the VP has no official duties in as stated in the Nigerian constitution. He only performs duties as signed to him by the President. The Acting President has all the powers of the President, He can assign duties to any of his very many assistants and supervise. You said someone is incapacitated? Are you a doctor? If yes, have you examined the "someone" to know his incapacitated? This country is moving forward and will keep moving forward. Enough of your pessimism, be objective in questioning.

So we now have two Presidents. The other one in London is sending letters with the Seal of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria while the one here is swearing in ministers without portfolios.

I wish President Buhari divine recovery and may God heal him of whatever ailment but for Nigerians to see the truth and not stand for it? The future of this Nation is in jeopardy.

If as they say, President Buhari is not feeling too well, will doing a very serious and demanding job like managing over 150 million people help his health or make it worse?

Do you really mean well for this man? Sarrki and the likes do you guys really mean well for this man?
