CONSTRUCTION sector giants, Cappa & DAlberto Plc, has launched a N6 billion housing project in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Christened 'Maitama Heights' estate, the project is scheduled for delivery within the second quarter of this year, as work on site is currently put at 80 per cent.

Sitting on 1.3 hectares of land, the project will comprise one, two, three, and four-bedroom housing units, as well as town houses - detached buildings - which all come with private parking, servant quarters and balconies.

The project, which will also have, designer gourmet kitchens, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility, is located close to Chic Restaurants, a few minutes' drive away from the city's financial centre and government offices.

Other amenities include a swimming pool, splash pool, three elevators, residents' private party room, video monitored access gate, and signature finger landscaping.

A contemporary show-house would be operational throughout the week, according to the firm Messrs Fine & Country International Realty, which has been picked to market the estate.
