The Edo State PDP has called for the arrest of Adams Oshiomhole and former EDHA speaker, Elizabeth Ativie.

According to Edo PDP chairman, Chief Dan Orbi , the former Edo State Governor gave Hon. Ativie some government owned cars, which she later sold off. He said:

"WE HAVE OVER 346 CARS BOUGHT WITH GOVT MONEY…SHE SOLD ONE OUT OF THE 3 CARS GIVEN TO HER BY OSHIOMHOLE…THEY ARE BOTH GUILTY… SO I AM CALLING ON SECURITY OFFICIALS TO ARREST OSHIOMHOLE AND ATIVIE"

Following the movement, the Edo APC chairman Barr Anslem Ojesua described the allegation as laughable. Also, Hon Ativie’s lawyer, Barr Afolabi, explains that the car was given as a personal gift and has nothing to do with the government.
