HYPOCRISY: D bane of Nigeria woes: Dictionary defines hypcrisy as false appearance of virtue or goodness, while concealing real charactr esp. in respect 2 religious & moral beliefs, D practice of engaging in d same behaviour or activity 4 which 1 criticises another.
Nigeria has become a sham & an irony becos hypocrisy lives within us frm d Govt. 2 d Governed, frm d Church 2 d Mosque, frm d home 2 offices, hypocrisy has eaten deep like cancer in Nigeria despite being a very religious nation where millions gather in pretence 2 serve God & led by "religious god of men"
Jesus kept saying in Matt:23 woe unto u hypocrites woe means curse. He says u honour me with ur lips but ur heart is far away frm me. (This is wat u see in Nig.) He says they appear 2 serve God but they were only interested in themselves & their false preachers were only interested in money & their own gains & pretending 2 b holy. Jesus hated & detested hypocrisy & he calls them serpents & brood of vipers & asked hw wil they escape hell?. Is not 2 late 2 amend our ways & repent b4 d night falls. Jesus is calling!
