There must be a balance, Liverpool do perform very well against big teams and struggle against small teams, while Tottenham are used to dispatching small teams with ease but they struggle regularly against big teams.

Hmmm, stubborn team is relative, a team might be stubborn to Chelsea and be easy for Arsenal, the Stoke and Everton you mentioned Chelsea beat them home and away last season.
