If the judge rules that he is guilty which is likely as these powerful attorneys will not take up on this case if they were not sure of victory, he will be made to pay both punitive(sentence) and compensatory damages. If it were state-police and state-army under the state control then they may have a case but not this one. There court matters should be directed to the federal government that controls the security agencies.
