The president’s appearance is his first in over three months of absence from the country. President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over his first Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting since he returned from his 103-day medical vacation in London. This was revealed by the president’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, on his Twitter account, (@BashirAhmaad).
