Either they just finally deactivate the damn package and let me be... Or I give in and let them chop the #20 they want to daily...

I'm tired of playing the game... Please make una tell them to leave my sim alone.

they did the same thing to me last week. Today they collected 90 naira for no darn reason. Time to break the sim

I don't remain airtime on my glo sim because if I do, sorry is my name. I once recharged 200 naira airtime but due to lack of electricity, I couldn't make use of my phone as I was conserving the battery.Do you know Glo kept deducting 40 naira daily until the credit finished. What annoys me most is that I will call their useless customer for up to 40min and they won't pick

This might be traced also to your phone. Just as how MTN TIMWE GAME always feast on my #100 weekly.

The solution prescribed to me was to uninstall the game. But there was no such game on d phone, and the phone was china-made, where apps can't be uninstalled.

I had to change d phone to save my airtime!

same here, I called them and they to told me to send STOPimage to that number after I did I got a message that I was deactivated, but the next day I recharged #20 was deducted for glo image store. I have deactivate and Taya

I am a faithful 1k per month subscriber... I've never cheated them

I just recharged so i can subscribe and message them on Twitter. I dialed the code for subscription and it was not working... Only for me to check my airtime... GLO had already collected their esusu.. so i can't message them.
Oh well... I'll try again... Sigh.

Glo don turn police guy Roja!

So i contacted them via twitter like @CuteMaro suggested... They said they'd checked my line and deactivated VAS, and they also gave me a code to send to 2442 and 6611 to prevent further issues. At least that is supposed to make me relieved, not until few minutes ago,

They waited till 2:37am,hoping i was asleep... And they took the usual #20...fortunately i was awake and staring at my phone when the thieves broke in.
I need this nonsense to stop right away, if you're a glo staff here who can help, please mention me. Lalasticlala help me gain wider audience please, this is no joke.

Just been facing the same issue here. I have called their call center up to 3 times but all to no avail after following their instructions. Either they don't know their job, or they are just out to ruin us. God pass them

It is a shame really. Can't believe they resumed deductions on my sim yesterday. I tweeted them right away and I have not been charged so far today. This is really getting out of hand.
