Alright. The � of the phone has lasted me for 24 hours with several operation performed on it. I still have 34%. This phone is made to suit the Nigerian situation.

If it is a minor update, you can try it. But if it has to do with the complete OS upgrade, I will advise you not to do it.

So many issues usually pop up after OS upgrade. I have read several complaints on different forums from people who carried out OS upgrade. I was once a victim too. And I eventually sold the phone.

The factory installed OS is the best and most stable/flawless. I would rather upgrade to a new phone than upgrade my OS

Infinix hot 5 comes with real battery technology. But based on usage for the past two weeks I experienced
1- multitask, 3g,wifi,infact do anything do able with the phone it will take 10% to 1hour

2- music at any volume takes 2 to 4% at most for 1 hour

3- Wi-Fi plus 3g takes 5% in 24 hours(off screen)

4- though a video freak I haven't watched any video

5- on screen 5 to 8 % at most for 1 hour

6- FIFA 14 game 1% for about 5 to 8minutes

The battery can last for more than 24 hours if all the operations above are done lightly,for example I have 66%(10:32pm) out of 100%(6:00am), read a PDF file a little,played music a little but 3g have been active based on internet,whatsapp and nairaland stuffs.

Yeah, the battery is great, dem no born spark K7 well to last this long, i know it doesn't have the same battery capacity rating as hot 5 but the battery optimization is not good. One of the reasons why I ditched mine to get hot 5.

The major battery consumer of the hot 5 is the screen ON time. Same with other phones though. If you check your usage statistics, while you are left with say 20%, you will see it gulping about 30% or more of total usage.

But guy, when I bought mine and gave it it's first charge, it didn't get to 100% (you know the situation of power in this country) but 76%. I used it for several hours and it came down to about 47% the following day before i was able to give it a full charge.

Hope i will still get the maximum performance from the battery? Because I'm really jealous with the way yours is performing but I have not really tried to check mine in detail. But I usually squeeze 2 days out of mine. With a mix of light and heavy usage. (not at a stretch though)

Hot 5 just too go sweet for my liking. The battery capacity must favour us.

Well, that's a bit confusing sometimes to say....to be safe, I'd rather you choose back up. Be sure to have lots of space in you Sd Card

well I did and its not working

I got for myself Infinix Hot 5 Lite. The phone is pretty good and performance so far is satisfactory. It's more than a week I bought it, it doesn't lag and the battery serves me well. It is generally a good phone by my assessment. I bought it #31,000 from a mobile phone shop.
