Don't remember my first time but recall my Dad explaining to me how to get on one foot first without stumbling. It was at some London train station

Ha! Bad Bad experience 4 me cuz i almost tumbled @ D Doha Int'l Airport escalator.cuz i was on a timberland boot n i didnt knw wen to step in cuz D ish just kept moving.I was realy embarassed dat day cuz most peepz had knw dat i was a 1st time traveller!

Elevators are lifts while escalators are mechanical stairs.Anyone of the two should not warrant a discussion as these are common building elements and we should all have used one when we were much younger.

really my first time on an escalator was when silverbird opened in lagos,i and my friends almost came tumbling down,lol!twas very embarrasssing,so when i had d opportunity of traveln out of naija,as soon as i got to der airport i composed myself,so as not to av a repeat of wat happend at d galleria,lol!am kinda used to it now though,cos i take it anytime am goin to see a movie at silvabird.
