The national working committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has asked the minister of women Affairs, Aisha Alhassan, to honourably resign over her scathing remarks on President Muhammadu Buhari.

A member of the NWC and national vice chairman, northwest zone, Inuwa Abdukadir, called for the resignation of the minister on Friday, September 8, in Abuja, when speaking with journalists, The Sun reports.

Abdukadir also attacked former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, describing him as a liar and blackmailer.

The party chieftain described Atiku’s recent comments about President Buhari and the party as misleading. The call for Alhassan's resignation is sequel to the emergence of a video footage of her allegedly pledging to support the presidential ambition of Atiku Abubakar.

This was followed by an interview she granted the BBC Hausa service where she said that even if President Buhari decides to re-contest in 2019, she would still support Atiku.

The minister was reported to have told the BBC that the former vice president is her ‘godfather’, and that is why she supports him.

She reportedly said that President Buhari declared in 2015 that he would do only one term.

Buhari is always too slow to take action. I still don't understand why that woman is still a federal minister till today. There is no point in waiting for her to resign, she should be fired immediately.

This is her sacrifice for saying the truth. Who doesn't know Buhari is grossly incompetent? Who doesn't know? Is it news? Rather than support the dull and dumb Buhari any sensible person would support a dog or a baboon

It's all clear now.
For the APC is all about loyalty to the party! Competence and hardwork is entirely meaningless and as long as u r loyal, u can be the definition of incompetencey, theft, laziness and u'd still be a gem to the party!
Good morning Nigeria

Interesting

When they join APC and are 'loyal' to President instead of the Nigerian Constitution, they are termed 'saints', all bad deeds buried and does not exist.

When she says the truth of who her Godfather is [Alhaji Atiku Abubakar], her bad deeds(guilty until proven innocent) are conveniently leaked to the media.

Some minsters and APC stakeholders are of recent silent on Nigeria media(social, televised).

Well, it may be loot and do not speak modus operandi

Hypocrites.

BMC, over to you.

When Americans describe a location, they simply say,
"The place is about a mile and a half, north-west or 300 metres away from Greenville park." You actually know where you're going.
.
But In Naija....
"If you reach Mbonu crescent, you will see one big gutter. Jump the gutter and corner left.
Do as if you're going right but be cornering left small small.
Be going down down... straaaaaight!
Until you will see one place they're selling akamu in front of one Redeemed church; opposite where they used to throwey dustbin. Just stand there and flash me. I will come outside."

APC is not yet a party. The way Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa are is like CPC, ACN and NewPDP. It won't last.
