Whether he made it or not is totally useless because he is not the first Nigerian head of state to make it and he may not be the last. This policy is BIGGER than the man called Buhari himself. It is a diplomatic policy adopted by almost every AU member out there-not just Nigeria. It is in line with the AU policy of TOTAL DECOLONIZATION OF AFRICA. Saharawi is seen by all the members of the AU as Africa's last "colony". That was why Maroc(Morocco) left the AU (OAU as it then was). I guess the game of diplomacy is full of hypocrisy. P.S. Bakassi Issue is different from that of Biafra, it was always a contested territory between two countries, Nigeria and Cameroon, but Cameroon win the court case in international court and the territory was given back to them.
