Why they are hiding it, is what I don't know.

I urge youths from all states to speak and protest against hiding of this bill by d state assemblies, same thing they did in last administration for local government autonomy bill which they leta killed d bill.

Why won't they hide it, the old elites who believe ruling us is their birth rites now have more cause to be alarmed, since the bill will allow for greater participation in the affairs of governnent by the youths, thereby shifting the status quo. For now they are still in power but the bill has posed them the question of how long they will remain in power
