A former minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has asked president Muhammadu Buhari to tell Nigerians the truth about the whereabouts of the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

The fiery opposition figure in a tweet late Saturday, queried the Nigerian government to release the body of Nnamdi Kanu if he has been killed.

He added that Kanu has not been heard or seen ever since the attack on his home in Umuahia, Abia state by soldiers under the "operation python dance II" exercise.

He wrote; "Happy independence day Nigeria! Can @MBuhari now tell us what his army did to Nnamdi Kanu after invading his house and killing the people and dogs that were there?

If they arrested and detained him they MUST tell us. If they killed him they MUST release his body to his family."

That's the problem with Nigerians and reason why God always punish them with bad leaders. You hated Nnamdi Kanu therefore he should be killed. To you, it doesn't matter the illegality of Buhari and his Army once your perceived enemy is dealt with. The death of Kanu does not in anyway solve your problems or add figures in your account if you have any but your hatred on him etc, has beclouded your reasons.... Pity..

In that comment, I didn't say that NK is dead.

Lest we forget... More than 20 people were in that palace including Kanu and his parents when the Army invaded, and as they left only four dead bodies were found..... Where are the rest?

FFK needs serious help.
I have never come across any news about FFk giving out scholarship to d less Priviledge, or employment to d jobless or loans to fresh graduate.
I have never heard any news about FFK helping d elderly or upgrading health centres or schools in his home town or around where he lives.
U only hear him cursing pple or wanting Chaos in d country cos der is nolonger free meal coming from d centre(FG).
Guys we need to start asking dis agents of destruction wat dey did to better our lives wen dey had power, we need to ask dis warmongers,ethnic/religious bigots wat dey have contributed to d development of our country Nig.
