The leader of the defunct Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Front, (NDPVF), Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo Asari, says Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari was cloned in London, United Kingdom, where he spent 103 days on medical vacation.

The former Niger Delta militant leader predicated his claim on the manner in which the President delivered his Independent Day speech.

Dokubo said while the President was reading his speech, it would be observed that the “man they have in Aso Rock” was “trying to mimic the original” Buhari.

In a seven-minute, forty-seven seconds video which surfaced online on Monday, Dokubo said, “A lot of people have been wishing me happy Independence but I told them not to because I’m not a Nigerian.

“So this man they have in Aso Rock was speaking, even from his voice, you will know that he was cloned.
