 Its a silicon bra.  Usually they used this when they wear offshoulder dress or plunging neckline that requires no straps and besides its a b00b boosters too But this is only good if she has small breast but if a woman has a huge watermelons that reached her navel, abeeg tell not to use it coz this is useless.. 1 Like
