N2bn Fraud: Maina Flees As EFCC Seals Abuja Properties by Ebisco03: 8:53am On Oct 24, 2017
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commsion, EFCC, has sealed all the properties belonging to embattled ex-chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reforms, Abdulrasheed Maina.

Maina, who has been accused of complicity in N2bn fraud, has reportedly gone into hiding.

The civil servant was declared wanted by the EFCC in November 2015 for alleged fraud.

However, Maina surprisingly resurfaced this month as an acting director in the Ministry of Interior, a development that triggered a nationwide uproar, forcing president Buhari to order for his immediate disengagement from service.

The EFCC Spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, while speaking on the issue on Monday, said the commission was still on his trail.

He, however, stated that the commission had marked his houses in Abuja, including a house in Jabi said to be worth about $2m.

Uwujaren told Punch, “Yes, his properties were marked today. To the best of my knowledge, he has not yet been arrested.”

Another source within the anti-graft agency was quoted as saying that Maina was moving around http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/10/n2bn-fraud-maina-flees-as-efcc-seals.html

Buhari is just disappointing us gradually we will do thesame in 2019 sharp sharp. He knows the right thing to do but didn't do it. if he was and Igbo or Yoruba man, he would have been arrested first then sacked.
Heads must roll if we are to take him serious, he only has one year left the rest is campaign, and all he is doing is making serious mistakes at a time when people are hungry and angry. Your health is giving us concern now you add bad decision making to it.
