The situation just before the civil war escalated whereby Northern troops were out of the west and in the North and Eastern troops in the East is the best. It was brokered by Chief Obafemi Awolowo as an aftermath of Northern soldiers attacking Easterners in the west during the counter coup of 1966. It is that sort of arrangement that the country must return to and it will lead to the immediate breakup of the country. Once the country breaks up, people will seize control of their lands and develop it under a competitive atmosphere. Nobody will leave their land undeveloped.
