This agency that is an appendage of FERMA is charged with arresting people damaging federal roads and from the OP's account he did not destroy any road but only parked in a hanger to check the state of his car.
The OP has the Ogebor's account number. He has Ogebor's Facebook page. It is up to him to fight for justice and get the crooks apprehended and arrested.

I was driving to Lagos from Ibadan yesterday.Getting very close to Prayer City I stopped to check a strange sound from my front tyres. After tightening the screws, just before entering into my car...some men numbering around 6 in an unofficial car with no police escort, accosted me saying this is a no parking zone.I was calm and tried to explain myself..but one of them entered into my car that I need to drive to their office so they could take "inventory" and warn me. I suspected foul play but on looking at the attire of one of them I saw Federal Roads Committee...inscribed on his shirt.

Following the direction of the person now in my car...i was stylishly forced to drive to a place that happens to be the compound of GLORYGATE EVENTS CENTER,Km 35 Lagos-Ibadan Express,Close to Mosebolatan Bus stop,Ibafo...which as I realized later is not their office.

In that compound I met about 5 other cars...and money was being siphoned from them as Fines for "Illegal Parking".
The fines ranges from 15,000 to 45,000Naira. The dubious aspect is that the money is to be TRANSFERRED TO AN INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT(The person collecting the money in his account is Ogbebor, Act Number 011502...GTB)
The people wearing special Tshirt...comes in once in a while and handover their victim to their wild looking...heavily bearded partners.

When I transferred my own "FINE"(N15,500)..in order to quickly escape from them...the person attending to me made a fake phone call to confirm the transfer (as if the alert is to be received by someone far away).I knew this was a fake phone call after I have verified the identity of the account owner who is actually among the fierce looking individuals in the compound!

I am sure that these set of OFFICIALLY assisted criminals are raking in millions of naira on daily basis. If truly any "fine" is to be paid,it should go to a "government/agency bank account"
I want the general public to be careful not to fall into such hands and also want the Law enforcement agencies to move swiftly to arrest the situation.

PP: When they saw that I didnt argue much them..they spoke covetly with each other and wrote a fake receipt(no duplicate..judging from the backside of the receipt) for me...and at a time they became jittery and searched my phone...suspecting that I took a video shot of the place.(I didnt video them, but I took a picture of a scene..which luckily for me they did not see on the phone!)

PPP:I was able to trace the picture and phone number of the guy whose account number was been used for the robbery

Same was my experience about two months ago around same area you mentioned. There was this serious traffic jam shortly after redemption camp which took me over an hour of snail progression. Shortly after I got to a place where the traffic was much lighter, I heard a strange sound around my front tyre. Really, I wasn't sure but I just had to take precaution. I veered completely off the road and parked at the front of a company which had a reasonable setback from the man road. I didn't even put off the ignition as all I wanted to do was to check if I wasn't having a flat tyre. To my utmost astonishment, these same guys came in a black Honda civic 2001 model and crossed my car. One of them immediately occupied the driver's seat of my car and directed me to sit at the passenger's side. It seemed like armed robbery attack when the guy started driving my car to an unknown destination, driving under a bridge to join the other line, facing ibadan. It was a serious fight in the car as I was even scared if they were kidnappers. They later drove into an office and issued a ticket of 35,000. They showed me a bank very closeby, where I paid that sum before I was able to retrieve my car.

Though your handle says male, you need to open your trousers and confirm you own a d!ck, you are a certified pvssy of international proportion.

I feel sorry for folks like you not necessarily because I care but because of the women in your lives, they must be having a hard time disconnecting their psyche from lesbianism having to cope with a woman in a male physique.

My 1st rule when I see even policemen on the way is once I don't grant you permission to enter my car and you do,I would either drive to the nearest police station or into the nearest crowd before I decide to pull the person out and make everybody know that either he is a robber or a kidnapper cos these are dangerous times.but you should have insisted to see their identification and you shouldn't have driven anywhere except an office with a visible signpost.but all the same, this should be reported so that it can stop asap.it's daylight robbery

I had a similar experience around that same area on my way from Lagos sometime last year,I was lucky to get my car without paying a dime obviously God's mercy.I packed to transfer some things from inside the car,I was done and I was about moving when 3 men surfaced, and told me if I move I risked my car tyres being punctured as they already had nail bearing planks on my tyres which I later found out was not true,my offence was that I packed along the express without my hazard light on.They jumped into my car as soon as I switched off my engine which automatically unlocked the doors.I was asked to settle them or they move my car to their office,I didn't oblige them and they ordered me to start driving on a one way which I vehemently rejected, then he started dragging the steering with me and suddenly pushed my gear from drive to park.I jumped
out of the car and headed for the nearest police station at ibafo since my car has a functional demobilizer,I never knew the police was aware of their actions and I suspected the police had a share in whatever proceeds they made from their criminal activities, the police told me to go back and settle with them,it was at this point I remembered I had the contact no of the state police PRO(Ogun).I called him immediately and explained what transpired to him and he was really upset,he told me to go back to the police station and when I told them the pro wanted to speak with them, they immediately swung into action and called those guys on phone to immediately release my car without collecting a dime. That was how God saved me from those legalized criminals. My advice is that if you must pull over pls find a filling station around and do so.God bless and deliver us all and let us keep talking about it until those at the helm of affairs and other law enforcement agencies hear it and do something about it.

This same incident happened to be yesterday at Ada George road portharcourt. I parked to take a phone call, had my windows half down, next thing two guys entered my car and asked why i parked on the road and that i must go and see their Oga.

I maintained my cool and quietly told them to get down from my car or i will drive off with them, they where insisting, when i told them you think is everybody you mess around with and screamed get down, they just opened the door and came down.

I drove off after a while i reversed and drove slowly at that same spot, they held a lady, when they saw me coming slowly, with my phone on my ear taking a call, guess they got scared i was tipping them off, they came down from the woman's car and ran off.

God bless you bro. Please kindly take a close pix of these guys so that we can show their face to the whole world.

I work with a federal agency that is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring Nigerians are not cheated. I promise this matter will be brought to the attention of the Honourable Minister for Works under whose supervision these boys fall. I am prevented by the Costitution from giving out information on the progress of this case but I promise to follow it up. That is what your government pays me for.
Thanks OP for sharing.

I had a similar encounter with this idiot about two weeks ago. I was going from Lagos to ibadan. My car developed a fault and I pulled away from the express to check what was wrong. Almost immediately, they came as usual.

I don't know what gave me the courage after some hot exchanges with them, I brought out my iPad started running a video on them. They actually removed and seized my car key.
I noticed they were afraid because of the video and they threaten to destroy my ipad.

The argument continued and one guy who is a mechanic came to talk to them and they released the car key.

I thought they said there is operation phyton whatever. Yet there are criminals like these ones all over Lagos and environs.

I am sure I am just lucky in my own case a lot of guys are being robbed frequently on Lagos ibadan express road by these criminals.

Have you been Scammed /defrauded?

The most common way of accepting cases by EFCC is through a petition written by an individual or organization. Petitions that do not fall within the purview of the commission are sent to the appropriate agency, be it the Nigeria Police Force, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), etc. Members of the public can also send complaints electronically to the commission email address: info@efccnigeria.org, theeagle@efccnigeria.org .

What you posted is still a fraud as far as Nigerian laws are concerned. What you posted has no constitution backings & members of the public are not aware. Moreover, PDP created FERMA traffic officers performing duties similar to LASTMAN during OBJ era which was latter disbanded.

During GEJ, they created Federal Taskforce wearing that black T-shirt having their Lagos office at Toll gate. They scammed unemployed people collecting money from them to join. After more than one year of inactivity & no salary only wearing black T - shirt of federal task force, they disappeared with the coming of Buhari's govt.

Fasola & Nigeria Police should monitor the transformation & activities of these people
