IT WILL STILL BE DEDUCTED I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE

Nothing will remain unpaid. Especially with Facebook.

I think this has to do with the payment type you decided to do.

If your campaigns are recurring, you might be billed at the end of it.

I recommend you check your costs carefully, because, at the end, you might end up paying more than you expected.
