A survey recently conducted by foreign body has indicated that no fewer than 82 million Nigerians were living in poverty as against estimated 170 million population, with break down that the nation’s poverty level per minute was on 5.7 people rise, the study which showed that the country may surpass Indian by 2018. The report, which came barely three weeks after World Bank categorized Nigeria among ten top nations where ease of doing business had improved, maintained that country could fall among states with poorest people, and that there were much chances of it taking over India position by the said year. Time will come when Nigerians will look at today's suffering and wish they can go back to it. Things will only get worse. Anybody with a brain cell should know that Nigerian economic future is very bleak. |
