Tight legal rope....

Lawyers come hot....

The $350 million case holds no water. That's arrant rubbish.

But the categorizing of that payment of nearly $25 million as "INVESTMENT" is ..... weak.

I think you needed Legislative Approval to spend that money ,Sir.

Funds spent by the Executive have to be approved by the Legislative. No brainer.

Whether it was is good deal or not.

You still have 5 tranches of payment so don't make this mistake on the next one.

BTW, this look like a nice deal to me

15% down? Most wonderful. Let's get more.

Much more costly, than would be obtained in the USA.

Since there is no laying of pipes and all but nonetheless it could make us realize our full electricity generating potential within a short frame of time.

A lot of the turbines in Kanji Need to go. Same with Egbin.

If we can get this buy now pay small small deal , we can fully maximize all our generating plants.

In a nutshell, Mr fash, you erred.

Before you comment try to read.
from his response you will know that he is clean, he did not rush to court to get an injunction like others, i spell it out to you with this his response , the Legislature will not invite him. they don't stand those who will bring their shallow knowledge to public.

shocked

Lagos state governors are just like English football players.
Overhyped by the English press and once they leave the English league to other leagues of the world their inefficiency is exposed.

Lagos state governors are so overhyped by Lagosians when in reality these polticans are less than ineffective, clueless baboons.

An example in view is Babatunde Raji Fashola; the supposed proactive, ingenuous messiah of Lagos state since becoming Minister of Power, Works and Housing has been exposed as the decayed puppet. scarecrow he is.

Once again,
We refuse to be swayed by this needless sentiment-whipping letter of his

You people are playing with someone that disappeared a whole market contract!

Iponri Market Phase 2 became LASG housing project AFTER award of first contract on same site!

Website na chinchin sometin

https://www.nairaland.com/3901358/how-did-babatunde-abracadabra-fashola

three:
Attached below is the image of the site board for the Iponri 2 A Modern Market Development at Iponri Lagos State

Attached also is a Google earth satellite image of the site showing the current built up status.

The Question is:

HOW did a Modern Market Development promoted as a Joint Venture between Ibile holdings and Growmore Development Ventures AWARDED to Elektrint Nigeria Limited by the Lagos State Government under Babatunde Raji Fashola become a 200 unit Housing Estate under LagosHOMS under the same Governor?

How can a contract be awarded with Contractor mobilised to site as evidenced by the site board only for the contract to disappear and another fresh project be awarded on the very same site?

Lagos Magic?

cry cry cry cry cry cry

This is what you get when you make a Lawyer a Minister of Power and Works. The Ministry and his profession are inversely related and as such incompetency has been the order of the day. Same Fashola that said "any government that cannot provide 24/7 power supply to her citizens within 6 months is not a serious government. Now he is the Minister of Power. Go and tell that to the Senate and stop the rant.

Fashola should go and apologise to Goodluck Jonathan. As Lagos Governor, he was yabbing the president then that a reasonable leader can fix power in six months. Now over two years as Minister of Power...

These Senators have mastered the art of distracting the public and diverting attention from their own thieving ways. Today its IG, tomorrow its Fashola.
While I am not defending anyone, the Senators have also not told us how much they earn and have refused an audit of the National Assembly's finances.

see kettle.
