Reference: Exactly bro. Let the teachers be sacked and let the government employ fresh graduates who are currently unemployed. These ones are incompetent, let those whose head are still fresh come on board and impart knowledge in the pupils. At least I served in the north, have friends who are quite sound, from Kaduna and are still in the labour market. I just can't imagine having people competent like that jobless while these incompetent lot get to hold their jobs because of one yeye NLC pressuring the government |

The Labour in Kaduna is being economic with the true situation of this issue. We all know most of these so called teachers are far below being competent. El Rufai should defy all odds and continue with the good job he has started. Look at what he did in Abuja, all after him and even till today we there's no minister of FCT. |

olabrad: if they are not qualified, then they should be replaced immediately and not sacked without replacement.. Most of our govs has discovered that Corpers will always be available so they lay off their teachers |

So much talk little evidence. If you have proof you have incompetent employees you should leave them because 1. They are many 2. NLC will fight for them. Anyone who is competent should get the job. |

wickyyolo: Pls get your facts well before commenting..when dis government came on board they were toying with the payment of their staffs salaries, some will be paid for some months while some will not be paid n d government was attributing it to reduction in federal allocation frm abuja.Infact in kaduna state today d governor did not acheive much when it comes to capital projects. That was when they started staff verification just to find a way of reducing their work force..All these steps taking by d government did not favour them, that is y they used another strategy to conduct competence test on the teachers just to cut down d number of their work force..The truth is that government want to reduce their staff n this excercise will cut across d various ministeries..The current teachers recruitment in d state will be a cover up, i am frm that state i know what i am saying. |

Origin: Dont be deceived by kaduna state government..That number of teachers that failed according to d government statistic is ridiculous..If d government what to clean their hands, they should contract the competence test examination to a private organisation with good reputation let see what happens. |

gbagyiza: You're not addressing the real issue, I have contract for a project with primary schools and I can categorically tell you that most of them are not qualified. When you're not competent you give chance to people who are competent. Involving emotions in this matter we will leave our kids in Jeopardy. |
