Nigeria is one of those countries in Africa that has a wide variety of different natural resources.
Nigeria is richly endowed with a variety of Natural Resources raging from precious metals various stones to industrial such as Barites, Gypsum, Kaolin and Marble. Most of these are yet to be exploited. Statistically, the level of exploitation of these minerals is very low in relation to the extent of deposit found in the country. One of the objectives of the new National Policy on Solid Minerals is to ensure the orderly development of the mineral resources of the country.

Akwa Ibom , Bayelsa and Cross River : Uranium.

Whatever happens , folks should let the uranium stay beneath the earth's surface, it shouldn't be exploited. The FGN (the Buhari's administration especially) can't be trusted to manage something as powerfully deadly as that.

There's other threads for that. National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria ranked human resources by state if that's what u care to discuss.

I know that the thread is as useless as the P in psychology, how can I be debating with lazy slum dwellers on human resources when their women work and their men roam the streets shedding tats.
The slum dwellers were masturbating on the thread calling out people to fell funky, the Lazy mud slum dwellers can't even get my attention.

The policy good. A continued emphasis is needed on processing of minerals aswell. That's the way up. I'll probably post a thread on gem mineral deposits. States should be doing more geological mapping because any proven commercial deposit would result in 13% derivation to their account plus tax revenue. I've been sitting on other interesting stories relating to mineral and rail.
