November 18, 2018 is finally here and its the Anambra elections, the day the people of these great state turn out to cast their votes and elect their governor. . .there has been so many issues raised prior to today's election with some saying there will be no election in anambra today. . .so am asking, mits already election day and my questions goes this way; if there is low voters turn out or votes cast, will the winner or results still be declared ?

Even if it's only the candidates vote, the election will be decided based on the number. I don't think there's anywhere in the Nigerian constitution that requires a certain percentage of voters for results to be declared

The Nigerian constitution does not specify a minimum number of participants in any election to my knowledge, you only need a simple majority and a one quarter of votes in two third of the LGAs in your state.
