The Nigeria Police force is suppose to have a repair/Service centres strictly managed by Police officers skilled in the repair and service of fire-arms and rifles. Just as they have the EOD or Anti-Bomb Squads units. Such units should be established in all the 36 states, and in the various Zone offices of the NPF. |

I went to police station to collect police extract, to my amazement they said I should pay for the letterhead, when I asked if it is not the station property? He replied, it's his own ,cos he produced it with his personal fund! I was so shocked & dumbfounded. A whole police station that has a DPO!. Just imagine repairing an official gun in a public place if he is overpowered what would the storyline be like? Fail system /government . |
