The people of Ojo has one of the highest number of out of school children despite being home to reputable primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.

Despite retaining the portfolio of the commissioner of education in Lagos state on several occasions, no scholarship has been awarded or enjoyed within the region.

Only recently, a member at the state house of assembly offer to pay tuition of students, twenty of them.

We read from achievements of members federal house of Representatives and how they help give scholarships to their constituents, reverse in the case here.

We need an educational conscious representative at the federal house of Representatives that will help produce more M.Sc, PhD holders, Cum professors.

We need more technocrats.
