Have experienced it too o.I don't know if its the same person Sha..the card was sent to my mum's line,he called and ask it should be returned which I did ,immediately he started praying for me and ask I should get a coconut after which I should call him that he wants to pray for me with it but I never called him.I can't fall for such scam.

Must our reaction to issues always be so biased and prejudiced? A criminal is a criminal and can hail from any state in the Country because man is inherently evil until he discovers himself. We even have criminals abroad. So why this parochial reasonings and comments?

My personal experience with baba Ifa
I was in the office when I saw a text with glo recharge numbers. I did not really check the message until I got home. I went through the message and innocently called the sender which happens to be baba IFA saying is that ifaseun omo mi (my son) tomorrow is IFA day and I want you to use the card as an exchange for money to come home for festival
I told baba this is a wrong number and that I have not used the card. Baba started praying for me using deep Yoruba words like OFO( Incantations) the prayer sound awkward that I did not say amen. He was very happy and he said am a very good man, that some will use the card and never call back.
Fast forward to 3 days later, he called back praying with his incantation that he just want to thank me again, his son ifaseun just left after the festival. He started talking about how he can help me solve ma problems. Instantly as a sharp Lagos boy, I told him I will call back since am a little busy. Naa so I delete the scammer number. We have to be careful and most times our greedy female folks have been soft target for the opekez.

This guy called me. After all the blessings he said he wants to consult his oracle that I should call him back, I told him not to worry and ended the call. I gave one of my stupid friend the message to interpret and he told me something different from the interpretation I am seeing here.

Lol i have experienced this format before, got a message that went something like this, 'Omo mi ifaronke, we are celebrating the ifa festival tomorrow, sell this cards and use the money for ur transport back for the festival and rituals 24xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and 32xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Its mtn. Ifa a gbe wa o' i tried the recharge pins and it was not on the mtn network, i was so disappointed
It happens to me too...but I don't bother to load cause d card wasn't meant for me ...I was even d one that called d number back to show my concern ...I really regretted being too nice that day ..
At a point we taught he s a ritualist when he kept on asking me if I was alone but Alas d phone was on speaker and my family r with me ...
Assuming am in nigeria right now ...ehn as d thing dey pain me reach I fit go ondo to see the stupid man who pretended to be an old man...it was such a sad and scary experience
