"We also did economic impact analysis. Why are we doing Faulks road? We are doing faulks road because it leads to Ariaria. Why are we doing samek? Because samek evacuates people from Ariaria. With over 100,000 shops in Ariaria, you can’t ignore the economy of that cluster. Instead of doing a road that leads to my political friend, I’d rather concentrate on Ariaria; I’d rather do Port Harcourt road because I know that is the hub of those who fabricate things with metal," - Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu said during an interview with Abia Online Media Practitioners
---------------

The Governor has placed so much priority on Infrastructural development which is why in Abia today, for the very first time, we have 3 Grade A contractors on our roads. Despite the economic challenge rocking the federation, Ikpeazu understands that to drive his 5 pillars, Abia roads must be accessible.

Today, it is on record that in a few months time, Abia would have a flyover in less than 4 years of Ikpeazu's administration - What could not be done in 16 years!

It is also on record that Aba has had over 32 roads (Both newly constructed and Re-Asphalted), And several other road projects across the 17 LGAs

It is also on record that many more roads in Aba and environ needs intervention...

intervention will surely come
Abia will be transformed...I have no iota of doubt
