Nasarawa State governor, Umaru Al-Makura during his inspection tour yesterday - stopped a motorcyclist a.k.a Okada man who was carrying at least pupils on his motorcycle. The governor challenged and warned the okada man not to repeat Same so as to avoid causing problem to the people's children.

The governor gave one of his cars to his aides to take the children to their house. This is indeed a good gesture.

Why is the Governor complaining as if lives in that landlocked oil barren cursed desert are valuable, even if they die , no expensive burial, just swallow unmarked grave and dirty mats, the parents won't even miss them

That is the reality.

While they use 10 cars in their convoy. People have to contribute money for the okada man to bring their children home every day.

Any thing short of solving the issue permanently is rubbish.

Put a state Govt BRT kind of bus on the route for pupils.

Why not buy the okada man a bus or car to convey much passengers?
