Despite public outcry,it appears the maritime security agency bill has survived the stiff opposition from relevant stakeholders who consider the bill unnessary, the bill was pass by the house of representative, please i want member of the house to plz enligten me on hw a bill comes into law, doz a bill pass by house of rep need to be pass by the upper house b/4 it come into law? and moreso the details of this bill(maritime security bill) will be higly appreciated, thanks

Yeah The Bill Has To Be Harmonized By The Two Chambers.

What The Maritime Bill needs is an amendment not to introduce a totally new bill for Maritime security. Is Maritime Security & Safety Not The Duty Of NIMASA. Now They are going to have two agencies with almost the same responsibilities.
