Rivers state tax payers money to the tune of 1.5billion naira has been spend unjustly to buy 15 bullet proof SUV jeeps for rivers state national Assembly members who has official cars already, while Rivers state sons and daughter's sent abroad for scholarship by the last administration to study has been left stranded and frustrated because of their unpaid tuition fees for two years now.

What a shame and misplaced priority
