The guarantee that God will answer our prayers is based or rooted on His constancy: Hebrews 13:8

God does not change. If we meet his conditions, He will surely answer our prayers: Matthew 7:7-8

When you ask amiss, He will not answer: James 4:3, Isaiah 55:6, Psalms 24:7-10

When you meet the condition of the Almighty God; you know how to ask, you know how to seek, you know how to knock; God will answer your prayers._*

How do I make sure I do not ask amiss? *Romans 8:26-27*

How do I seek, how do I know He is near?

Ten Reasons Why Every Prayers You Pray Will Receive Answers.

1. Come to Him as a child of God: Psalms 65:2, Isaiah 59:1-2.
2. He does not lie: Numbers 23:19, Jeremiah 33:3.
3. He has answered by fire before, and because He does not change, He will answer again: 1 Kings 18:36-39, Malachi 3:6, 2 Kings 1:9-12.
4. There is no request coming from you, will He consider to be too hard: Jeremiah 32:27, Luke 1:37, Joshua 10:12-13.
5. There are no requests of yours that can be considered too many: Genesis 17:1, Ephesians 3:20, 2 Chronicles 1:6-12.
6. Your requests cannot be considered too late: John 11:20-44.
7. It does not depend on you at all; It depends on Him for He is good, He is willing to help: Psalms 107:1, Psalms 121:1-2, Isaiah 41:10-13.
8. He is not just good, He is merciful: Psalms 107:1, Ephesians 2:4, Mark 10:46-52, Luke 17:12-19.
9. If you persist, if you refuse to let Him rest; He will grant your request: John 16:24, 1Thessalonians 5:17, Genesis 32:24-29.
10. God knows that if He does something knew in your live; you will sing Him a new song: Exodus 14:21-28, Exodus 15:1-11.
