Some Imo State lawmakers have endorsed Governor Rochas Okorocha’s son-in-law, Mr. Uche Nwosu, as his successor in 2019. The move, which is bound to ruffle feathers and attract more political fire for Okorocha, is coming at a time a lot of dust is being raised in the state over the governor’s decision to appoint his blood sister, Ogechi Ololo, as Commissioner for Happiness and Purpose Fulfilment. Speaking to reporters yesterday in Owerri, the state capital, spokesman for the lawmakers, Henry Ezediaro, said their decision to support Nwosu, who currently serves as Okorocha’s chief of staff, was hinged on “his humility and ability to fit into the shoes of the Governor”.MORE http://thejuicyblog.com/imo-lawmakers-endorse-okorochas-son-law-successor/ |
